This building, realized in the time of 5 years, was enlarged in occasion of the marriage between duke'son Francesco and Giovanna d'Austria. The duke ordered an elevated and secret lifeline that it connected Palazzo Vecchio and Palazzo Pitti finishing in the Boboli's garden. All this construction is called: Corridoio Vasariano.
In 1580 the Uffizi's palace was finished permanently thank to Bernardo Buontalenti and Alfonso Parigi so now it introduces you consisted of two lenghtwise parts connected to form a shape "U" that it embraces the spectacular view of Piazza della Signoria.
