HOW TO BOOK
Filling the reservation form you send a request to the direction; the period you have requested will be reserved until 72 hours. During this time you have to confirm to the direction you want booking.
PAYMENT METHOD
Booking is confirmed upon receiving the payment for the 30% of the rental total sum. When you have done the payment send us a e-mail.
LETTING PERIOD
In medium/high season the minimun rental period is one week, from saturday to saturday whilst in the low season it's 3 night.
The rental prices are intended for one week and they're sub-divided in accordance with the rental seasons as shown in the web pages.
The direction reserves itself the right to modify the prices with an adequate warning.

AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE OWNER AND COSTUMERS
The direction will rent you the Villa as described in the web site.
The check-in is on Saturday between 3 pm and 7 pm whilst the check-out is on saturday morning within 10 am.
Date or time variations have to be communicated at least 4 days before arrival by mail or phone (+39 340 2530486 Monia) but you cannot postpone the check-out.
The Villa doesn't have porter's desk so the direction invite you to be on time and in the case of uncommunicated substantial delay, the direction is not responsible.
The number of persons (adult and children) must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated in the web pages (12 person for the Villa and 16 person for Villa+Cottage).
The substitution of persons during the rental period is forbidden unless previously agreement with the direction.
When the keys of the Villa are been given, the costumers have to pay to the owner or his representative:
- a damage deposit in cash Euro 500 OR 350 GBP.
The direction is not responsible for any damages or injuries to the costumers, (for both adults and minors), for accidents which may occur inside the property.
The direction is also not responsible for eventual problems concerning journey arrival or departure. At the end of stay the costumers doesn't have any right with eventual reimbursement.
Villa le Fonti is not an official tourist structure with standars or categories that are internationally recognized but a private house.
Instead the Villa reflects in its architecture and furnishings the local traditions and the personal style of the owner so these feature cannot be accepted as complaints.

ORDER - CLEANING - HEATING
The direction will rent you the Villa clean and tidy.
The final polish is included but this service doesn't included the removal of rubbish which is the holiday-maker's responsibility.
In any case the costumer have to bring back the Villa in order and hygienic conditions acceptable if not the direction will apply 100 € deduction from the deposit.
The use of heating is not included in the price and it's controlled by regulations which it changes from region to region. Consequently, the heating can be used during the same period.

EXTERNAL MAINTENANCE
The direction reserves itself the right to have free access to the property for essential maintenance (like garden, swimming-pool etc...).

OPTION
You have 72 hours for change the statement of option to a confirmed booking paying the 30% of the total amount.

PAYMENT METHOD
Bookings are confirmed upon receving the receipt of payment for 30% (with Money Transfer) of the total sum.

CANCELLATION BOOKING

In the event of the cancellation of a booking, you have to pay the following penalties:
15% of the rental price if the cancellation is made at least 70 days before the start of the rental period;
25% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 69 and 40 days before the start of the rental period;
50% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 40 and 30 days before the start of the rental period;
90% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 29 and 1 day before the start of the rental period;
100% of the rental price in case of no show;
