Perfect for large groups, from the dining room you enter to a veranda with big windows, where you can rest and enjoy your stay in pleasant company during your holiday in Tuscany. In the wintertime, the overlooking garden veranda becomes a winter garden hosting lemon, orange, grapefruit, cedar and clemetine trees and all plants that in the summer decorate the garden of Villa Le Fonti.
From the stairs, made of "pietra serena" stone, typical of Tuscan villas, you approach the first floor of the villa where a cosy living room leads to the master bedroom w/ private bathroom. Always on the same floor there is another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a big terrace with impressive view on the house garden.
Every time you wake up during your vacation at Villa Le Fonti is the beginning of a special day! After another flight of stairs you reach the upper floor of the villa, a pleasant lounge welcomes you to other four bedrooms. Looking outside from the windows the view is breathtaking: the Arezzo valleys and the marvelous park of the villa, where is nested a great 6x12 m swimming pool.
